The Lake Champlain and High Peaks regions are home to many amazing sites, but one of the best natural attractions is the plethora of waterfalls in the eastern Adirondacks. As rivers flow from the higher elevations of the Adirondacks toward Lake Champlain, the cascades and falls they create demonstrate both the forces and serenity of nature. Many of the falls here are easily accessible, but for the more adventurous, there are some that require a bit of a walk.
