Fire tower hikes are a unique way to experience history while soaking up 360-degree views of the Adirondacks. Hamilton County is home to 5 fire tower peaks: Owls Head, Blue Mountain, Wakely Mountain, Snowy Mountain, and Pillsbury Mountain. Follow the trail and hike all 5 mountains and recieve a patch for completion. Climbing the fire tower is not required.
