The drive from Speculator to Tupper Lake on Route 30 is one of the most scenic jaunts in all of the Adirondack Park. This trail includes an abundance of family-friendly fun. At one end, Speculator's beautiful Scandaga Parkway, an educational walk for all ages. At the other end, Tupper Lake's award-winning The Wild Center, an interactive museum about the natural history of the Adirondacks. In between, find places to jump, play, and explore more. You'll even find a classic Adirondack country store, a great spot for a mid-route snack. Be sure to get a selfie with the bears!
